iris wolf provides professional training courses focused on Amazon Web Services cloud technologies. Our services include live online instruction, recorded course materials, hands-on lab exercises, practice examinations, and certification preparation support.
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Course fees are stated in Canadian dollars and are due at the time of enrollment unless alternative payment arrangements have been made. Prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
If you cancel your enrollment more than fourteen days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $75 CAD administrative fee. Cancellations made seven to fourteen days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than seven days before the course begins or after the course has started.
All content on our website and in our course materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of iris wolf or our content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
Course materials provided to enrolled students are for personal educational use only. You may not share, distribute, sell, or otherwise make available course recordings, documents, or lab exercises to any third party. Violation of this provision may result in termination of your access and legal action.
AWS lab environments provided as part of our courses are for instructional purposes only. You agree to use these environments solely for completing assigned exercises and not for any commercial, production, or unauthorized purposes. You are responsible for any charges incurred through misuse of lab resources.
Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during all interactions with instructors and fellow students. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
While our courses are designed to prepare you for AWS certification examinations, we do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Certification outcomes depend on individual preparation, study habits, and examination performance. iris wolf is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Inc.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iris wolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iris wolf, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these terms or your use of our services.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.
